The Environmental Working Group submitted comments to the California Department of Pesticide Regulation in support of the development of a statewide pesticide notification system. EWG emphasized that the system must be grounded in effective communication, transparency, and public accessibility and that certain aspects of the system should be implemented as soon as possible.
