Catherine Cochran
Catherine Cochran supports EWG’s Northeast engagement, building relationships with external organizations and community leaders to advance state policy on food, farming and chemical safety. Before joining EWG, Catherine led state-level advocacy to improve child nutrition at a national public health nonprofit, helped further New York City’s food policy initiatives, and worked to strengthen sustainable regional food systems in San Diego County. Catherine holds a master’s degree from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. Based in New York City, she enjoys exploring Central Park, discovering new restaurants and traveling.
