Jared Hayes
Jared Hayes leads in providing in-depth research and data analysis to support the government affairs team’s advocacy efforts.
His work focuses on toxic chemical contamination, with a particular emphasis on PFAS – so-called "forever chemicals" – in drinking water, military sites and agricultural settings. He has helped to advocate for improved testing, cleanup and accountability for contamination affecting communities, service members and the environment.
In addition to his environmental health work, Hayes analyzes and reports on U.S. agricultural policy, including commodity and conservation programs, subsidy reform and farmworker justice.
He holds a degree from Manhattan University in Riverdale, New York.
